The Earth, with all its uniqueness and singularity is anyway a part of at least Solar System and is subordinated unconditionally to its laws. This allows saving the air and sunlight giving us life. And each country on this planet, with all its historic, economic, geographic and demographic particularities, must live observing the laws worked out by people, so that the mankind does not lose opportunity to breath in the air and see the sun.    

These norms of communal conduct, written in the holy books of all religions and mentioned in all commandments, these rules unfortunately do not restrain anyone from transgressing them. 

From the crime of transgressing.

The will of the law is possibly not an ideal thing, and yet it is a kind of aspiration for not losing one’s mind while being engaged in struggle for one’s nationalism. 

The mechanism of the South Ossetian madness is unclear to us and so it is even more dangerous than one might suppose.

The chain of mutual perfidies has led to death of innocent civilians in Tskhinvali, and that cannot be justified with any purpose. 

That’s the felony by Georgia.

Provoking the conflict by small South Ossetia having the big brother behind its back, the brother who generously has “sown” its passports, weapons and money there – that is condonation to invasion. 

That’s the felony by the South Ossetia.

Intrusion by regular army to the territory of a sovereign state and bombing its towns and ports – that’s the felony by Russia.    

All the participants of this abominable conflict have been achieving their own goals at the expense of lives of innocent people who as usual are small change and instrument of propaganda of one’s own (and no one else’s) rightness. 

The terrible irony of fate is that the war began on the opening day of Olympic Games that used to be capable of stopping bloody battles in ancient times. 

Covering Tskhinvali with Grad launchers’ firing, Georgia opened access to its territory for Russian troops making them participants of the conflict, which now puts under question their right to remain in the status of peace-makers. Especially after they have let Abkhazian troops into the Kodori Gorge. 

Now the South Ossetia maintains its self-proclaimed independence for long, under the guard of the Russian bayonets.

Russia demonstrates with all its power who is the real master in the Caucasian home, despite the protection given to Saakashvili’s government by Americans.

That’s all are the motives of the international felony.  

Even in case it gets called by propaganda as a compulsory measure for one’s people’s unity (by all three sides), this felony is capable of leading to serious change of the situation at least with the two participants of this war – Russian and Georgia.   

Probably, exactly that would be called a victory by those madmen!   

Their victory is humiliation and pain, irretrievable loss and misery, infringement on liberties and the right to life; monkey business, meanness and dirty tricks leading to destruction and deaths.

This is defiant violation of the rules of the human community. And the community must define the punishment for those guilty, after thorough investigation done.  

That must be done in tribunal!

In the international tribunal in Hague that must be formed. 

The Earth lives according to the laws of the Solar System. And each country on the planet must live observing the laws developed by humans. Each country. Even Russia and Georgia.

That’s a shame…
